Comfort Where Your People Sit, Airflow Where They Work
Most light industrial sites don’t need their whole floor air conditioned. They need the office, lunchroom, and front counter properly comfortable, the workshop or warehouse ventilated so it’s workable, and the amenities vented so they’re not grim by Friday.
That’s exactly the work Lilac HVAC does. Packaged units, splits, cassettes, and VRF/VRV for the occupied areas, and exhaust ventilation for the rest, across workshops, warehouses, and light industrial units on the Central Coast. And if your site genuinely needs heavy industrial plant, we’ll say so at the first call instead of learning it on your invoice.
The right amount of HVAC for how your site actually runs.
What Lilac HVAC Does For Industrial Sites
Splits, cassettes, and VRF/VRV systems installed where your people spend the day, sized for spaces attached to hot workshop floors.
Rooftop and slab-mounted packaged units supplied, installed, and replaced for industrial units and larger occupied areas.
Amenities and carpark exhaust supplied, installed, and maintained, keeping the non-conditioned areas of the site workable.
Existing systems repaired at the cause and serviced every three to six months, with a written report for your records.
Signs Your Site's HVAC Needs Sorting
The office or lunchroom bakes all afternoon while the roller doors are open next to it
A packaged unit that's 15-plus years old, tripping, or getting louder every summer
Staff dodging the hot side of the building, or the meeting room nobody will book
Amenities that stay damp, smelly, or mouldy no matter how often they're cleaned
A system another contractor installed that's never worked right
No service records, and no idea when anything was last looked at
If any of that sounds like your site, get in touch. We’ll assess it, tell you straight what it needs, and quote it at a fixed price. And if the job’s genuinely heavy industrial territory, like process cooling or refrigeration, we’ll tell you that in the first phone call instead.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do industrial air conditioning?
For light industrial sites, yes: offices, lunchrooms, and showrooms within workshops, warehouses, and industrial units, plus packaged units and exhaust ventilation. We don’t do process cooling, refrigeration, or heavy industrial plant, and we’ll tell you upfront if your job needs that kind of specialist.
Can you air condition a whole warehouse?
Usually the honest answer is that it doesn’t stack up: warehouses are big, tall, and open doors all day, so conditioning the whole volume costs a fortune to run. The usual approach is to condition the occupied areas properly and ventilate the floor, and that’s what we’ll assess your site for.
What systems suit a light industrial site?
Packaged units for larger occupied areas, splits and cassettes for offices and lunchrooms, and VRF/VRV where several zones run off one system. The right mix depends on the site, which is what the assessment works out.
Do you handle ventilation for industrial sites?
Yes: toilet and amenities exhaust and carpark exhaust, supplied, installed, and maintained. Dust and fume extraction for industrial processes is specialist work we don’t take on.
Can you fix a system another contractor installed?
Yes. We diagnose and correct underperforming and incorrectly connected systems regardless of who installed them.
How often should systems on an industrial site be serviced?
Every three to six months for most sites, depending on run hours and the environment. Dusty sites clog filters and coils faster than offices do, which makes the schedule matter more, and you get a written report each visit.
How much does light industrial HVAC work cost?
Every site is different, so we quote each job individually after an assessment. You get a fixed price before any work starts, and estimates are free on larger and more complex sites.
What areas do you cover?
Lilac HVAC covers light industrial sites across the Central Coast, including Gosford, Erina, Tuggerah, Wyong, and Woy Woy, plus Cooranbong, Morisset, and Toronto in southern Lake Macquarie.
