I’m Gary Lui, the owner of Lilac HVAC, and my name stands behind every job we do.
I grew up on the Central Coast and I’ve spent more than ten years working on air conditioning across the Coast, from family homes to strata buildings and commercial sites. In that time I’ve seen what shortcuts look like a few summers later: systems sized off a guess, coils never cleaned, cabling run the fast way.
Lilac HVAC holds a different line to others: fewer shortcuts, better work, and a standard I’d accept in my own home.
Being local isn’t a slogan here. We know what salt air does to an outdoor unit along the Coast, and what a February heatwave asks of a ducted system in Wyong. Every job is quoted at a fixed price, done by licensed technicians, and if you need me, I’m the owner you can actually reach.
